By Sanjeev Kapoor 01 Dec 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Barnyard millet (samo), Sago (sabudana) Cuisine Maharashtrian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 4-5 hour Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Upvasacha Dosa 1 cup Barnyard millet (samo) , soaked for 4-5 hours 1/2 cup Sago (sabudana) , soaked for 4-5 hours 1 cup Yogurt 1 teaspoon Rock salt (sendha namak) for drizzling Oil to serve Coconut chutney Method Put soaked samo, soaked sabudana, yogurt, rock salt and ½ cup water in a mixer jar and grind to a fine mixture. Transfer this into a bowl and whisk well. Heat a non-stick tawa. Pour a ladleful of the batter and spread it in a clockwise motion to a thin dosa. Drizzle some oil all around and cook for 2-3 minutes. Fold in half and transfer it onto a serving plate. Make more dosas with the remaining batter.
