Ingredients list for 4 Ways Pizza

  • 300 grams Pizza dough
  • for dusting Refined flour
  • 1st Pizza
  • 4 slices Pepperoni
  • 1 tablespoon Pizza sauce
  • 4-5 Tomato roundels
  • 5 Bocconcini cheese balls
  • 2-3 Fresh basil leaves
  • 2nd pizza
  • 4-5 slices Grilled chicken
  • 1 tablespoon White sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Pizza sauce
  • 4-5 slices Button mushrooms
  • 4-5 slices Jalapeno
  • 5-6 slices Pickled gherkin
  • 4-5 Green olive halves
  • 4-5 Black olives halves
  • a pinch Dried oregano
  • a pinch Red chilli flakes
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Mozzarella chesse , grated
  • 3rd pizza
  • 7-8 slices Chicken sausages =
  • 3-4 tablespoons Cooked spinach garlic onion mixture
  • 6 - 7 Red capsicum , strips
  • to taste Salt
  • 50 grams Ricotta cheese
  • 6 Chicken salami wedges
  • 1 tablespoon Pesto
  • 5-6 Yellow capsicum strips
  • 5-6 Red capsicum strips
  • a few Onion strips
  • 5-6 Green capsicum strips
  • slices Salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180° C. Dust a baking tray with some flour.
  2. Dust the worktop with some flour, place the dough and knock back to release excess air.
  3. Dust some more flour on the dough, roll it out into a large rectangular semi-thick sheet and transfer it onto the prepared tray.
  4. Dork the pizza sheet with a fork and mark into 4 equal portions without cutting through.
  5. To prepare 1st pizza, spread pizza sauce on one portion. Place tomato roundels, bocconcini cheese balls, torn basil leaves. Sprinkle some salt on top.
  6. To prepare 2nd pizza, spread white sauce and pizza sauce over it on 2nd portion. Place mushroom slices, jalapeno slices, gherkin slices, grilled chicken slices, green olives and black olives. Sprinkle some dried oregano, chilli flakes and salt and mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Keep pepperoni slices on the 1st pizza.
  8. To prepare 3rd pizza, spread spinach-garlic-onion mixture on the 3rd portion. Place chicken sausage slices, red capsicum strips and sprinkle some salt. Place small dollops of ricotta cheese on top.
  9. To prepare 4th pizza, spread pesto on the 4th portion. Place yellow capsicum strips, red capsicum strips, onion strips, chicken salami wedges and green capsicum strips and sprinkle some salt on top.
  10. Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  11. Separate the 4 pizza portions, place on a serving platter and serve hot.
