Ingredients list for Ande ka Halwa

  • 8 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Ghee
  • 1 cup Mixed dried fruits soaked
  • 1/2 cup Diet sugar
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
  • a few strands Saffron (kesar)

Method

  1. Heat ½ cup ghee in a non stick pan, add assorted dried fruit and saute for about 5 minutes. Break the eggs, one by one, into the pan and cook stirring continuously.
  2. Add diet sugar and mix. Cook for about 2 minutes. Add milk and mix and cook for about 5 minutes or till all the milk gets absorbed. Add ½ tsp green cardamom powder and mix.
  3. Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with saffron and serve hot.
