Ingredients list for Angoor aur Khajur ki Chutney

  • 25-30 Seedless grapes
  • 250 grams Seedless dates
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin powder roasted
  • 1½ tablespoons Raisins
  • to taste Salt
  • ¼ cup Jaggery (gur) grated

Method

  1. Cook grapes and dates in a deep non-stick pan with 2-3 tablespoons of water on medium heat till the grapes are completely soft and mashed.
  2. Add red chilli powder and cumin powder, raisins and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add salt and jaggery and mix well. Cook, stirring continuously, till the jaggery is completely dissolved and well blended.
  4. Serve at room temperature.
