Add lemon juice to the apples and set aside. In a large bowl mix together jaggery, green cardamom powder, cinnamon powder, butter, cornflakes and biscuits. Arrange the apples and bananas in a baking tray. Pour the butter mixture on top. Put the cashewnuts on top. Bake in the preheated oven for ten minutes.
