By Sanjeev Kapoor 09 Jun 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Canned tomato puree, Fresh tomato puree Cuisine Italian Course Gravies, Sauces and Stocks Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve as required Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Arrabiata Sauce 1 cup Canned tomato puree 1/2 cup Fresh tomato puree 1 tablespo + for drizzling Olive oil 1 tablespoon Celery , chopped 1 teaspoon Red chiili flakes to taste Salt 1/2 teaspoon Sugar 5-8 + to garnish Basil leaves fresh Method Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan, add celery and sauté for a minute. Add canned tomato puree and fresh tomato puree and mix well. Add chilli flakes, salt and sugar, mix well and cook for 5-10 minutes or till the sauce reduces. Tear the basil leaves and add.
