By Sanjeev Kapoor 24 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Soya flour, Split black gram flour (urad dal ka atta) Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Baked Chakli 1 cup Soya flour 1/2 cup Split black gram flour (urad dal ka atta) 1/8 cup Butter 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/2 cup Roasted cumin powder to taste Salt Method Preheat the oven to 180˚C. Take soya flour, black gram flour, butter, red chillipowder, roasted cumin powder and salt in a bowl. Mix well. Add sufficient water and knead to soft dough. Put sufficient dough into a chakli press fitted with a chakli attachment. Brush oil on a baking trayand press out chaklis onto it. Bake for 12-15 minutes in a preheated oven.
