Ingredients list for Basil Walnut Pesto - SK Khazana

  • 25-30 Fresh basil leaves
  • 15-20 Walnuts
  • 100 grams Parmesan cheese powder
  • 5-6 Garlic cloves
  • 6-8 Black peppercorns
  • 1/2 cup Fresh parsley sprigs chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Put walnuts, parmesan cheese, garlic and black peppercorns in a blender jar and blend into a coarse paste.
  2. Add parsley, basil leaves and olive oil, blend to a fine paste. Add salt and mix well.
  3. Transfer the paste into a bowl and use as required.
