Ingredients list for Bathue Ki Subzi

  • 1 bunch Bathua
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 2-3 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic finely chopped
  • 2-3 Dried red chillies broken
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • to taste Salt

  1. Heat oil in a non stick pan, add cumin seeds and sauté till fragrant.
  2. Add ginger, garlic, dried red chillies and sauté.
  3. Finely chop green chillies and add.
  4. Add the bathua leaves and mix. Add turmeric powder and salt and mix well. Cook till the leaves are done.
  5. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
