By Sanjeev Kapoor 25 Jun 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Gram flour (besan), Turmeric powder Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Besan Omelette 1 1/2 cups Gram flour (besan) 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Coriander powder 1-2 Green chillies finely chopped 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder 1 Medium tomato finely chopped 1 Onion finely chopped to taste Salt 1/2 teaspoon Carom seeds (ajwain) for cooking Oil to serve Tomato ketchup Method Whisk together gram flour, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, green chillies, cumin powder, tomato, onion and salt with sufficient water to make a batter. Add carom seeds and whisk well. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. Pour a ladleful of batter on it, spread into a disc and cook, turning sides, till well browned on both sides. Make more omelettes similarly.
