Ingredients list for Bhune Aam Ki Chutney

  • 1 medium Raw mango roasted
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 3-4 Green chillies
  • 1 tablespoon Dried pomegranate seeds (anardana)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black salt (kala namak)
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Put onion, green chillies, pomegranate seeds, black salt, mint leaves and salt in a mixer jar and grind.
  2. Peel and cube the roasted raw mango, add to the mixer jar and grind again.
  3. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
