Ingredients list for Brownie Shake

  • 200 grams For topping Brownies
  • 4 cups Milk
  • as required Ice cubes
  • 8 tablespoons Chocolate sauce
  • 12 scoops Vanilla ice cream
  • as required Melted dark chocolate
  • as required Chocolate vermicelli
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 8 Dark chocolate sticks

Method

  1. For each portion, put a few ice cubes into a blender jar, add 50 grams broken brownie, 1 cup milk, 2 tablespoons chocolate sauce and 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream and blend into a smooth mixture.
  2. Dip the rim of a tall serving glass into some melted dark chocolate, coat with some chocolate vermicelli and pour the shake into it.
  3. Fill a piping bag fitted with star nozzle with whipped cream and pipe out over the shake.
  4. Place the chocolate sticks, top with a piece of brownie, sprinkle some dark chocolate vermicelli, keep 2 chocolate sticks on top and serve chilled.
