By Sanjeev Kapoor 10 Jun 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Brownies, Milk Cuisine Fusion Course Beverages Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Brownie Shake 200 grams For topping Brownies 4 cups Milk as required Ice cubes 8 tablespoons Chocolate sauce 12 scoops Vanilla ice cream as required Melted dark chocolate as required Chocolate vermicelli 1 cup Whipped cream 8 Dark chocolate sticks Method For each portion, put a few ice cubes into a blender jar, add 50 grams broken brownie, 1 cup milk, 2 tablespoons chocolate sauce and 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream and blend into a smooth mixture. Dip the rim of a tall serving glass into some melted dark chocolate, coat with some chocolate vermicelli and pour the shake into it. Fill a piping bag fitted with star nozzle with whipped cream and pipe out over the shake.
