Ingredients list for Caramel Fruit Tarts

  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Strawberries finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Kiwi finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Black and green grapes finely chopped
  • 12 Tart shells
  • 1/2 cup Dark chocolate chopped
  • 1/2 cup Whipped cream
  • for decorating Sugar candies

Method

  1. Heat a non-stick pan.
  2. Heat chocolate in a microwave for a minute. Remove from heat and whisk till smooth.
  3. Add sugar to the pan and let it caramelize. Switch off heat and transfer into a bowl.
  4. Pour little caramel in each tart shell. Top with strawberries, kiwis and grapes. Drizzle some melted chocolate on top.
  5. Put whipped cream in a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle and pipe out little portions on each fruit tart.
  6. Decorate with sugar candies or chopped fruits and serve chilled.
