Heat chocolate in a microwave for a minute. Remove from heat and whisk till smooth. Add sugar to the pan and let it caramelize. Switch off heat and transfer into a bowl. Pour little caramel in each tart shell. Top with strawberries, kiwis and grapes. Drizzle some melted chocolate on top. Put whipped cream in a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle and pipe out little portions on each fruit tart.
