  • 3 florets Cauliflower
  • 1/2 small Leek

Method

  1. Wash, peel and cube the potato. Wash the leek, remove the tough outer layer and then slice thinly. Steam or boil the potato, cauliflower and leek for 15-20 minutes until tender. Puree in a blender with a little breast or formula milk until smooth and creamy.
