Ingredients list for Chapatti Laddoo

  • 6-8 Leftover chapattis
  • 2 tablespoons Jaggery (gur) grated
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg powder

Method

  1. Grind torn chapattis to a coarse powder. Add jaggery, ghee, cardamom powder and nutmeg powder and grind again. Transfer into a bowl.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into laddoos.
  3. Serve garnished with almond slivers.
