By Sanjeev Kapoor 25 Mar 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Feta Cheese, Bell Pepper Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 1.30-2 hour Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Cheese And Veggie Kabab 200 grams Feta Cheese cut into bite sized pieces 1/4 medium Bell Pepper cut into bite sized pieces 1/4 medium Yellow capsicum cut into bite sized pieces 1 medium Zucchini cut into bite sized pieces 1/4 Brinjal cut into bite sized pieces for garnishing Fresh thyme Marinade 1 1/2 tablespoons Olive oil 1 tablespoon Vinegar 1 teaspoon Crushed black peppercorns 1 teaspoon Honey 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard 2 teaspoons Fresh thyme chopped to taste Salt Method Advertisment To make the marinade, combine olive oil, vinegar, black peppercorns, honey, mustard, thyme and salt in a bowl. Mix well. Add the feta cheese, both the capsicums, zucchini and brinjal pieces in the marinade. Stir to coat well, cover with a plastic wrap and set in the refrigerator for one hour. Heat the Grill Pan. Thread one piece of each of the ingredient onto a wooden skewer and place in the grill pan. Cook for two to three minutes or till vegetables are tender.
