Ingredients list for Cheese Garlic Toast

  • 2 cups Processed cheese grated
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic finely chopped
  • 8 Bread slices
  • 2 tablespoons Green capsicum finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
  • 2 teaspoons Milk
  • to taste Black peppercorns crushed
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
  • as required Butter
  • to serve Beetroot chips

Method

  1. Take processed cheese in a bowl, add cheddar cheese, garlic, green capsicum, red chilli flakes, milk, crushed black peppercorns and coriander leaves and mix well.
  2. Spread a generous layer of the cheese mixture on all bread slices.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a non-stick pan, place 1 toast, cover and cook till the cheese melts.
  4. Apply some more butter on top of all the toasts, cut each toast into 2 triangles, arrange them on serving platter and serve warm with beetroot chips.
