By Sanjeev Kapoor 29 Aug 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Penne pasta, Processed cheese Cuisine Fusion Course Noodles and Pastas Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Cheesy Indian Pasta-SK Khazana 1 1/2 cups Penne pasta boiled as required Processed cheese 1 tablespoon Butter 1/2 tablespoon Oil 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1 Medium onion finely chopped 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste 1 Large tomato finely chopped to taste Salt 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Cumin powder 1 teaspoon Coriander powder 1 tablespo for garnish Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 tablespoon Tomato puree 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder Method Heat butter and oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and onions, mix and sauté till onions are slightly browned. Add ginger-garlic paste and mix. Add tomato and mix. Add salt, mix well, cover and cook till the tomatoes turn soft and pulpy. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder and coriander powder and mix well. Add some water, coriander leaves and tomato puree, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add pasta and mix. Add garam masala powder and mix well.
