By Sanjeev Kapoor 08 Nov 2016 in Recipes Course New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Main Ingredients Boneless chicken breasts, Cashewnuts Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Chicken Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 31-40 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Bhuna Fry 2 Boneless chicken breasts 4 teaspoons Cashewnuts almonds powder 3 tablespoons Oil 4 medium Onions finely chopped 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste 3 medium Tomatoes finely chopped 3 teaspoons Red chilli powder ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder 3 teaspoons Coriander powder to taste Salt ¼ cup Yogurt 2 teaspoons Garam masala powder for garnishing Fresh coriander leaves chopped Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion and sauté till golden. Add ginger-garlic paste, mix well and sauté for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, mix and sauté till tomatoes turn soft and pulpy. Cut chicken breasts into small pieces. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder and mix well. Add ¼ cup water, mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add salt, mix well and cook till the oil separates. Reduce heat, add yogurt, mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add chicken pieces, mix well and cook on high heat. Add cashewnut-almond powder, mix well and cook till the chicken is fully done. Add garam masala powder and mix well. Cook for a minute. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
