By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Chicken mince, Hot dog buns Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Bun Kebab 200 grams Chicken mince 4 Hot dog buns 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 3/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon Chaat masala 1 1/2 teaspoons Garam masala powder to taste Salt 2-3 Green chillies chopped 1 Medium onion chopped 3 Eggs to shallow fry Oil for toasting Butter as required Mayonnaise as required Green chutney to sprinkl to garnish Onions sliced as required Piri piri masala to sprinkle Processed cheese grated Method Take chicken mince in a bowl, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala powder, garam masala powder, salt, green chillies and onion and mix well. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into tikkis and keep them on a plate. Break the eggs into another bowl, add salt and whisk well. Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick pan. Dip each tikki in the egg mixture and place them in the pan. Drizzle some beaten egg over each tikki and shallow-fry, turning sides, till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. Slice each hot dog bun lengthwise into 3 parts. Melt a little butter on a non-stick tawa. For each kebab, place the base and the middle part of the buns on the tawa, toast for 1 minute on medium heat. Flip the bun pieces and apply green chutney on the base part of the bun, place two chicken kebabs on it. Sprinkle sliced onion and piri piri masala and place the middle slice of the bun on top. Apply mayonnaise and green chutney on this slice, sprinkle grated cheese and piri piri masala, cover it with the top slice of the bun. Apply butter on top, flip and toast till golden and crisp. Take it off the heat. Cut the bun kebab diagonally and place on serving plates.
