Ingredients list for Chicken Flower Dumpling

  • 300 grams Chicken mince
  • 2-3 Green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Green chillies finely chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black peppercorns crushed
  • 3/4 cup Basmati rice soaked

Method

  1. Drain the rice and keep aside. Mix chicken mince with green chillies, ginger paste, salt and crushed peppercorns. Divide this mixture into twelve equal portions.
  2. Form round balls from each portion of chicken mix and then roll them in the rice. Place rice rolled chicken balls on a perforated rack which can be fitted into a steamer pot.
  3. Boil water in the steamer pot and place the perforated rack in it. Cover the pot. Steam for about fifteen to twenty minutes or until cooked. Remove gently and serve hot with a dip of your choice.
