By Sanjeev Kapoor 16 Jul 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken Mince, Basmati Rice Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 4-5 hour Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Flower Dumplings 300 grams Chicken Mince 3/4 cup Basmati Rice soaked 1 teaspoon Ginger paste 2-3 Green chillies chopped to taste Salt 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped 10-12 Black peppercorns crushed 1 Banana leaves Method Combine minced chicken, soy sauce, salt, crushed peppercorns, ginger, garlic, spring onion greens and chopped red chilli in a bowl and mix well. Heat sufficient water in a steamer and line the inside with cabbage leaves. Spread rice on a plate. Dampen your palms and divide the chicken mixture into small equal portions shaped into balls. Coat them with the rice. Place the prepared dumplings on the cabbage leaves in the steamer, cover and steam for 6-8 minutes or till the chicken and rice is fully cooked. Serve hot with sweet chilli sauce.
