Ingredients list for Chilli And Coriander Parcels

  • 2 Green chillies seeded and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 4 Fish fillets halved

  1. In a bowl place the fillets, add lemon juice and mix well and set aside to marinate for fifteen minutes. Blend green chillies, coriander leaves, garlic, sugar, yogurt and salt to a smooth paste.
  2. Place the fillets on square sheets of aluminum foil and apply the paste on both sides. Wrap up in neat parcels and refrigerate for one hour.
  3. Preheat oven at 200°C. Bake the parcels in the preheated oven for fifteen minutes. Serve hot. Open the parcels at the table.
