By Sanjeev Kapoor 30 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Green chillies, Blue cheese Cuisine Indian Course Breads Prep Time 51-60 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Chilli Cheese Kulcha 2-3 Green chillies finely chopped 100 grams Blue cheese 1 1/2 cups Refined flour 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon Sugar to taste Salt 2 1/2 tablespoons Butter 1/2 cup Milk 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped to taste Black peppercorns crushed for brushi Ghee melted Method Take flour in a mixing bowl, add baking powder, sugar, salt, butter and milk and knead into soft dough. Cover with a damp cloth and set aside for 40 minutes. Preheat oven to 180˚ C. Take blue cheese in another bowl and mash it with a fork. Add coriander leaves, chillies and crushed peppercorns and mix well. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each into a katori. Place some cheese mixture into each katori, bring the edges together and pinch to seal and shape into a ball. Roll out each stuffed ball into medium thick disc or kulcha. Place the kulchas on a baking tray and brush with some ghee. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
