By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Jul 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Red chilli flakes, Prawns (medium) Cuisine Fusion, , , , Course Rice Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chilli Garlic Prawn Rice 2 teaspoons Red chilli flakes 10-15 Prawns (medium) shelled and deveined 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped 3 cups Cooked rice 2 tablespoons Olive oil 2 tablespoons Fresh mixed herbs (rosemary, thyme and basil) chopped 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander chopped to taste Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns for garnishing Parsley Chopped Method Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and sauté till it turns golden brown. Add chilli flakes, mixed herbs, chopped coriander, prawns, salt and crushed peppercorns and mix well. Add cooked rice, salt and drizzle little water and mix well. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
