By Sanjeev Kapoor 30 Aug 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Medium prawns, Fresh coriander leaves Cuisine American Course Main Course Seafood Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chimichuri Prawns-SK Khazana 250 grams Medium prawns shelled and deveined a handful Fresh coriander leaves a few Fresh parsley sprigs 5 Garlic cloves 3-4 tablespoons White wine vinegar to taste Salt 1/4 cup + tablespoons Olive oil 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice a pinch + to sprinkle Red chilli flakes to taste Black peppercorns crushed Method Blend together coriander leaves, parsley, garlic, white wine vinegar, salt, ¼ cup olive oil and lemon juice to a paste. Heat remaining olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add prawns and toss till they begin to change colour. Add prepared paste and mix well. Add a pinch of red chilli flakes, crushed peppercorns and salt, mix well and cook till fully done.
