Ingredients list for Chimichuri Prawns-SK Khazana

  • 250 grams Medium prawns shelled and deveined
  • a handful Fresh coriander leaves
  • a few Fresh parsley sprigs
  • 5 Garlic cloves
  • 3-4 tablespoons White wine vinegar
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 cup + tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • a pinch + to sprinkle Red chilli flakes
  • to taste Black peppercorns crushed

Method

  1. Blend together coriander leaves, parsley, garlic, white wine vinegar, salt, ¼ cup olive oil and lemon juice to a paste.
  2. Heat remaining olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add prawns and toss till they begin to change colour. Add prepared paste and mix well.
  3. Add a pinch of red chilli flakes, crushed peppercorns and salt, mix well and cook till fully done.
  4. Sprinkle some chilli flakes and serve hot.
