Chocolate Crepes in Choco Sauce By Sanjeev Kapoor 30 Jul 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Cocoa powder , Refined flour Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Chocolate Crepes in Choco Sauce 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder For stuffings cup Refined flour 1 2 teaspoons Sugar 1 Apple peeled desseded and finely chopped 1 Banana finely chopped 1/2 cup Papaya finely chopped 1 tablespoon Kiwi finely chopped a pinch Cinnamon powder FOR CHOCOLATE SAUCE 1 teaspoon Butter 1 tablespoon Cornflour 1 teaspoon Powdered sugar For crepes Method Heat butter in a pan add sugar and cook till sugar dissolves. Add fruits and cinnamon powder and saute for a minute and remove from flame. Boil half cup water in a non stick pan and add cocoa powder, corn flour and powdered sugar and keep stirring till you get a smooth paste. Remve and keep it aside. In a bowl combine together refined flour, powdered sugar, salt, melted butter, cocoa powder, banana pulp and milk and make a pouring consistancy batter. Heat a non-stick pan, pour around three tablespoons of batter on it and rotate the pan so that the batter spreads evenly all over the surface. Cook until lightly browned, flip and cook the other side. Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
