Ingredients list for Chocolate Golgappa Shots-SK Khazana

  • 1 cup Melted chocolate
  • 12-16 Crisp puris
  • to sprinkle Colourful vermicelli
  • 3 scoop Vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons Coffee decoction
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 5-6 Motichoor laddoos
  • to garnish Pistachio slices

Method

  1. Poke puris from top to make a hole and dip the bottom in the melted chocolate. Place it upside down on a plate and sprinkle some colourful vermicelli on them. Keep the plate in the refrigerator till the chocolate sets.
  2. Blend together ice cream, coffee decoction and milk till smooth.
  3. Pour the prepared mixture into individual shot glasses till they are ¾ full. Place the chocolate crusted puris on top. Stuff each with some crushed motichoor laddoo.
  4. Garnish with pistachio slices and serve.
