Combine ginger, garlic with fish stock in the claypot and cook, covered on Microwave HIGH (100%) for three minutes. Add salt, peppercorns, sugar, soy sauce, white wine, spring onions along with the greens and fish to the above mixture, cover and cook on Microwave HIGH (100%) for ten minutes.
