Ingredients list for Corn Potato Tikki - SK Khazana

  • 3/4 cup Corn kernels boiled and mashed
  • 2 Medium potatoes boiled, peeled and grated
  • 1 tablespo for garnish Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 1-2 Green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • to grill Oil
  • to serve Tomato ketchup

Method

  1. Mix together potatoes, corn, coriander leaves, green chillies, garam masala powder, salt and lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into tikkis.
  3. Heat some oil in a non-stick grill pan. Place the tikkis on it and grill, turning sides, till evenly done on both the sides. Drain on absorbent paper.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
