By Sanjeev Kapoor 22 Oct 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Spinach, Butter Cuisine Fusion Course Soups Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Cream of Spinach Soup-SK Khazana 1 large bunch Spinach 1 tablespoon Butter 1/2 tablespoon Garlic chopped 1 tablespoon Refined flour (maida) 1 cup Milk to taste Salt to taste White pepper powder 1 tablespo for drizzling Fresh cream Method Blanch spinach leaves in boiling water for 1 minute. Refresh in ice cold water, drain well, squeeze excess water and blend. Add a little water and blend again to a smooth puree. Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and flour, mix and sauté for a minute. Add spinach puree and mix well. Add sufficient water and mix well. Add milk and mix well. Add salt and pepper powder, stir to mix and bring to a boil. Add cream and mix.
