By Sanjeev Kapoor 24 Sep 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Medium prawns, Garlic Cuisine Fusion Course Main Course Seafood Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Creamy Garlic Butter Prawns 12-16 Medium prawns peeled and deveined with tails intact 1 1/2 tablespoons Garlic finely chopped 2 tablespoons Butter 12-16 Fresh spinach leaves 1 Large white onion finely chopped 3/4 cup Milk 3 Sun dried tomatoes cut into strips 1 1/2 teaspoons Dried Italian herbs 3/4 cup White wine 1 1/2 tablespoons Cornflour 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated 2 teaspoon for garnish Fresh parsley chopped to serve Spaghetti boiled Method Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté till fragrant. Add spinach leaves, mix and cook till the leaves wilt. Add onion, mix and sauté till translucent. Add prawns, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add milk, tomatoes and Italian herbs, mix well and simmer for 1-2 minutes or till the sauce thickens. Add white wine, cornflour and cheese, mix well and cook till the prawns are fully done.
