By Sanjeev Kapoor 20 Nov 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Prawns, Mustard Paste Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Creamy Mustard Garlic Prawns 20 medium Prawns 2 tablespoons Mustard Paste 2 Spring onions chopped 2 tablespoons Garlic chopped 2 tablespoons Mustard paste 3 tablespoons Cream 2 tablespoons Tomato ketchup to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Black peppercorns crushed 2 Spring onion greens chopped Method Shell, de-vein and wash prawns well. Pat dry on a kitchen towel. Heat butter in a pan, add spring onions, garlic and sauté slightly. Add mustard paste, stir and continue to sauté. Add prawns, cream and stir. Add tomato ketchup, salt, freshly crushed peppercorns and stir to mix. Cook for about half a minute on high heat. Do not over cook the prawns. Add the spring onion greens and immediately take off the heat. Serve immediately with French bread or garlic bread.
