Take chicken strips in a bowl. Add refined flour, salt and cornflour and mix gently with your hand. Make sure that the chicken strips do not stick to one another. Deep-fry chicken strips in hot oil till golden and crisp. Halve the onion and slice both halves horizontally. Take 4 teaspoons oil from the wok and add to another non-stick wok and heat. Add onion to the oil in the second wok and saute. Add green and red capsicum strips and saute well. Drain the chicken and add to the onion in the other wok. . Add green chillies, green chilli sauce and salt. Mix well and cook for a minute.
