By Sanjeev Kapoor 14 Aug 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Eggs, Oil Cuisine Indian,Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Egg Chaat - SK Khazana 4 Eggs hard boiled 2 tablespoons Oil 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder Cumin powder 1 1/2 teaspoon + for sprinkling 1 Green chillie finely chopped to taste Salt as required Green chutney as required Onion finely chopped as required Tomato finely chopped as required Processed cheese grated as required Sev as required Pomegranate pearls fresh for garnish Fresh coriander leaves chopped Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and green chilli and mix well. Halve the eggs vertically and add to the pan, sprinkle some salt, mix well and cook, turning sides, for 1-2 minutes.
