Ingredients list for Egg Chaat - SK Khazana

  • 4 Eggs hard boiled
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • Cumin powder 1 1/2 teaspoon + for sprinkling
  • 1 Green chillie finely chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • as required Green chutney
  • as required Onion finely chopped
  • as required Tomato finely chopped
  • as required Processed cheese grated
  • as required Sev
  • as required Pomegranate pearls fresh
  • for garnish Fresh coriander leaves chopped

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and green chilli and mix well.
  2. Halve the eggs vertically and add to the pan, sprinkle some salt, mix well and cook, turning sides, for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Place these eggs on a serving plate, drizzle some green chutney, onion, tomato, cheese, cumin powder, sev, pomegranate pearls and coriander leaves and serve immediately.
