Frudites With Honey Dip

Hung yogurt, sugar, honey and dry fruit chikki mixed to make a dip in which fresh fruits can be dipped and had. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe.

Ingredients list for Frudites With Honey Dip

  • 2 cups Yogurt full cream milk
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Dry fruit chikki coarsely ground
  • 1 large size Apple
  • 2 Bananas (ripe, firm)
  • small bunch Black grapes
  • 2 medium Pears

Method

  1. Hang yogurt for fifteen to twenty minutes in a muslin cloth. Remove and whisk it till smooth. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Add the dry fruit chikki and mix. Stir in honey, leaving a marbled effect. Cut your selection of fruits into wedges or bite-sized pieces. Arrange on a platter with a bowl of dip in the centre.
