By Sanjeev Kapoor 19 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Fresh green chickpeas, Garlic Cuisine Fusion Course Gravies, Sauces and Stocks Prep Time 31-40 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Hara Chana Hummus 1 cup Fresh green chickpeas boiled 5 cloves Garlic 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 1/4 cup Tahini to taste Salt 1/2 cup Green chickpeas stock as required Olive oil to sprinkle Paprika powder 1-2 to garnish Black olives pitted and sliced to serve Lavash Method Put green chickpeas in a blender jar, add garlic, lemon juice, tahini, salt and green chickpea stock and blend to a fine paste. Transfer the hummus onto a serving plate, spread it evenly making a well in centre and pour olive oil in it.
