Ingredients list for Ice Cream With Muscovado Sugar Syrup

  • 4 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 3 one-inch Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Orange juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Aniseeds (saunf)

Method

  1. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, orange juice and aniseeds along with one cup water in a sauce pan and bring it to a boil.
  2. Simmer for five to seven minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Pour the syrup on top of ice cream and serve immediately.
