Ingredients list for Irani Raita

  • 2 cups Yogurt whisked
  • 4 medium Cucumber chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Honey
  • 5-6 Walnuts chopped
  • 7-8 Raisins chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
  • to taste Salt
  • a few Fresh coriander leaves chopped sprigs

  1. In a large bowl combine chopped cucumbers, yogurt, honey, walnuts, raisins, cumin powder, salt to taste and half of the fresh coriander leaves and mix well.
  2. Garnish with remaining coriander leaves. Serve chilled as an accompaniment.
