Ingredients for Mango Mojito Recipe

  • Medium ripe mangoes 2

  • Passion fruits 2

  • Lemons thinly sliced 2

  • Fresh mint leaves as required

  • Sugar syrup 5 tablespoons

  • Ice cubes as required

  • Drinking soda for topping

  • Fresh mint sprigs to garnish


Step 1

For each portion, scoop the flesh of ½ mango and ½ passion fruit flesh into a mortar. Add 2-3 lemon slices and 2-3 torn mint leaves and crush with a pestle.

Step 2

Put this mixture into a cocktail shaker, add 1 tbsp sugar syrup and some ice cubes, cover and shake well.

Step 3

Put some ice cubes, 2-3 lemon slices and 4-5 mint leaves in a serving glass. Pour drink in it and top with drinking soda.

Step 4

Garnish with a mint sprig and serve chilled.
