By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Oct 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Medium potatoes, Salt Cuisine British Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Mashed Potatoes-SK Khazana 4-5 Medium potatoes peeled to taste Salt 1/2 cup Milk 1 tablespoon Butter 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg (jaiphal) powder 1 teaspoon Fresh parsley finely chopped for garnish Fresh parsley sprig Method Boil sufficient water in a deep non-stick pan, add salt. Cut potatoes into cubes, add and cook till potatoes become soft. Mash and strain into another non-stick pan. Place this pan on heat, add milk and mix well till smooth.
