Ingredients list for Mashed Potatoes-SK Khazana

  • 4-5 Medium potatoes peeled
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg (jaiphal) powder
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh parsley finely chopped
  • for garnish Fresh parsley sprig

Method

  1. Boil sufficient water in a deep non-stick pan, add salt. Cut potatoes into cubes, add and cook till potatoes become soft. Mash and strain into another non-stick pan.
  2. Place this pan on heat, add milk and mix well till smooth. Add butter, nutmeg powder and parsley and mix well.
  3. Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with parsley sprig and serve hot.
