By Sanjeev Kapoor 14 Dec 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Mozzarella cheese, Oil Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Mozzarella Sticks 400 grams Mozzarella cheese , cut into thick fingers to deep fry Oil 1/2 cup Refined flour (maida) 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder to taste Salt to taste Black peppercorns , crushed 1/2 cup Cornflakes , crushed 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs 1 teaspoon Fresh mixed herbs , chopped 2 Eggs to serve Tomato ketchup Method Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Mix together refined flour, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and crushed peppercorns on a plate. Mix together cornflakes, panko breadcrumbs, fresh mixed herbs, salt and crushed peppercorns on another plate. Break eggs into a bowl, add salt and crushed peppercorns and beat well. Coat mozzarella fingers in flour mixture, dip in beaten egg mixture, coat with cornflakes mixture and keep on a plate. Gently slide the mozzarella fingers into hot oil and deep-fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
