By Sanjeev Kapoor 24 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Steel cut oats, Cocoa powder Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 7-8 hour Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Overnight Chocolate Oats 1 1/2 cups Steel cut oats 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder 1 Ripe banana 2 cups Milk 2 tablespoons Honey 1 Medum apple 1/2 Medium orange 2 1/2 tablespoons Chia seeds 6-7 Seedless dates chopped to garnish Fresh mixed berries to garnish Mixed nuts chopped to serve Greek yogurt Method Peel the banana, break into smaller pieces and put it into a blender jar. Add milk, cocoa powder and honey and blend till smooth. Grate apple into a large bowl, squeeze the orange juice into it. Add oats, chia seeds, dates and the chocolate-banana milk. well, cover with a cling wrap and refrigerate for 7-8 hours or overnight. Discard the cling wrap and mix well. Transfer into serving bowls and place mixed fresh berries on top, sprinkle chopped nuts and a quenelle of yogurt.
