Gradually add the extra virgin olive oil to form a creamy paste. Adjust the seasoning. Heat the olive oil in a non stick pan. Place the fish fillets, sprinkle salt and cook on low heat. Turn the fish and sprinkle salt on the other side too. . Cook till the fish is evenly done on both the sides. Serve the fish with salsa verde.
