This quick, yet utterly delicious Gajar ka Halwa can be made in a jiffy This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 08 Nov 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Orange carrots, Ghee Cuisine Indian Course Mithais Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Quick Gajar Halwa 7-8 Orange carrots , peeled and boiled 4 tablespoons Ghee 1/2 cup Sugar 1/4 cup Condensed milk 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder 1/2 cup + tablespoons Fresh mawa / khoya , grated 10-12 Almonds , slivered 10-12 Pistachios , slivered Method Grate the carrots coarsely. Melt pure ghee in a deep pan, add carrots and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add sugar and mix and cook stirring continuously till the sugar melts. Add condensed milk and green cardamom powder and mix well. Add ½ cup mawa and mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes. Switch the heat off and add the remaining mawa and mix well.
