Ingredients list for Red Cabbage And Apple Mix

  • 1 medium Red cabbage
  • 1 Apple sliced
  • 1 medium Onion sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic crushed
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Raisins
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder freshly ground
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Heat butter in a pan, add sliced onions and saute. Add red cabbage and salt and mix.
  2. Add crushed garlic and mix. Add sliced apples and saute. Add sugar and raisins. Once the apples are soft add red wine vinegar or lemon juice.
  3. Add freshly crushed black pepper and mix. Serve hot and crunchy.
