Add this paste to yogurt and mix well. Heat one tablespoon oil in a kadai, add ginger and sauté for half a minute. And potatoes and sauté for a minute. Add the yogurt mixture and salt and cook till the gravy thickens. Add lemon juice and green cardamom powder and mix gently. Heat the remaining oil and add the button chillies. Sauté for half a minute and immediately add to the potatoes and cover to retain the flavours. Serve hot.
