Salad Wrap

It's great whole for a filling lunch, but you can also slice one up for a healthy after-school snack. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe.

Ingredients list for Salad Wrap

  • 4 Whole Whheat tortillas
  • Cucumber
  • 4 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper powder
  • 1 cup Lollorosso lettuce torn
  • 1/2 cup Romaine lettuce torn
  • 1/2 cup Iceberg lettuce torn
  • 1/2 cup Sweet corn niblets boiled
  • 2 medium Cucumbers cubed
  • 4 tablespoons Sour cream

Method

  1. Combine olive oil, vinegar, salt and black pepper powder to make the vinaigrette.
  2. Combine the lettuce, sweetcorn niblets and cucumber with the vinaigrette. Heat the tortillas on a tawa for about twenty seconds.
  3. You can also heat them in a microwave oven. Evenly spread the saladon each warm tortillas, dribble sour cream and roll them up.
  4. Serve immediately.
