Combine the lettuce, sweetcorn niblets and cucumber with the vinaigrette. Heat the tortillas on a tawa for about twenty seconds. You can also heat them in a microwave oven. Evenly spread the saladon each warm tortillas, dribble sour cream and roll them up. Serve immediately.
