Simple and Easy Egg Curry By Sanjeev Kapoor 17 Nov 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Eggs, Coconut Milk Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Egg Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Simple and Easy Egg Curry 4 Eggs peeled 4 tablespoons Coconut Milk 4 medium Onions, sliced 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder 2 teaspoons Coriander powder 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder 1 cup Coconut milk to taste Salt 1 cup Thick coconut milk Method Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add onions and saute till golden brown. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and sauté for a minute. Add eggs and sauté for a minute. Add salt, thin coconut milk and cook for four to five minutes. Add thick coconut milk, mix well. Once a boil comes, take the pan off the heat.
