Ingredients list for Sugar Paste

  • 2 cups Icing sugar sifted
  • 3/4 teaspoon Unflavoured Gelatine
  • 2 tablespoons Liquid glucose
  • 1 tablespoon Glycerine

  1. Dissolve gelatine in one tablespoon of warm water. Mix all the ingredients together and knead until soft. Use to cover Christmas and fruit cakes.
